Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Fundflow. By using the application, you agree to follow them.

Authorized access
Fundflow is intended for people approved by the application's administrator. Access may be limited by organization, project, or role and does not create a right to continued service.
Acceptable use
Use Fundflow only for legitimate project-management activities. In particular, you must:
- enter and maintain information you are authorized to handle and that you reasonably believe is accurate;
- respect confidentiality, privacy, intellectual-property rights, and applicable laws; and
- not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity through your account and for protecting your sign-in credentials and devices. Notify your administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Application content
You and the relevant organization remain responsible for information uploaded or entered into Fundflow. You confirm that you have permission to use it and allow Fundflow to process it only as needed to provide, secure, and administer the service.
Google services
Google sign-in and optional Google Sheets exports are also subject to Google's terms and policies. You may revoke Google access at any time, although related Fundflow features may then stop working.
Availability and changes
Fundflow may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued, including for maintenance or security. Important project records should be reviewed and exported when appropriate.
Suspension or termination
An administrator may suspend or remove access when authorization ends, these terms are breached, or action is needed to protect Fundflow, its users, or data.
Disclaimer and liability
Fundflow is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, the operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Fundflow evolves. Continued use after an update means that the revised terms apply from their stated effective date.
